Resource 3.5.2.84 is a free tool and can be used to open system files or -based appliions such as *. exe, *. dll, *. cpl, *. bat etc that can not be opened with the usual programs. This tool can be used to modify the apprance of dialog boxes, menus, and the other in the -based operating systems.
Resource is able to add or delete or rename or modify the source of -based file systems do a good job although there are some disadvantages among which there is an opportunity that allows you to fail in the process of modifying the system.
This software does not need to be installed or is portable so it will not add to the database at the Registry Editor (Regedit).
